Homecoming is a trauma-aware, spiritually inclusive audio meditation series designed to support gentle reconnection with your inner stability, clarity, and aliveness.

Each audio is self-contained and can be listened to on its own — or experienced as part of a carefully sequenced journey from survival responses to integration and contribution.

You are invited to listen slowly, at your own pace, and in a way that honours your nervous system.

Holistic Homecoming Audio Series unfolds across 15 gentle tracks — from survival responses to integration and contribution. This meditation series draws from integrative approaches including Neuro-Somatic Dynamics™ trauma-informed breathwork, contemplative spiritual traditions, and neuroscience-informed practices — held in a way that is experiential, grounded, and accessible.

 

 

Disclaimer

Homecoming honours the reality that healing is not linear and that every nervous system has its own timing. This audio series is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. Those with a trauma history may find it helpful to listen with care, at their own pace, and seek additional support if needed.

 

How to Use This Series

  • Each session is approximately 20 minutes.

  • Designed for repeated listening over days or weeks, best with headphones.

  • Can be used:

    • as a daily grounding practice

    • alongside journaling or reflection

    • in conjunction with therapeutic or spiritual practices

 

 

Recommended Exploration Phases

Phase 1 – Survival Responses (FIGHT, FLIGHT, FLOAT, FREEZE, FAWN)

Supporting the nervous system’s protective patterns with safety and compassion.

Phase 2 – Patterning (REPEAT, LOOP)

Gently noticing repeating patterns and survival loops.

Phase 3 – Awareness (AWAKEN, RECOGNISE)

Cultivating witnessing, choice, and self-recognition.

Phase 4 – Regulation (REGULATE, RECONSOLIDATE)

Noticing dysregulation, and embracing experiences.

Phase 5 – Integration (INTEGRATE, EMBODY)

Bringing different inner parts and timing together.

Phase 6 – Expansion (EXPAND, CONTRIBUTE)

Allowing space for possibility and purpose.
