Knowing God beyond print & talk

NEW! Starting from Feb 2022.

A series of online facilitated retreat for personal embodied exploration of the 99 Names of God through expressive arts, aimed at creating safe spaces for women to journey and grow together in deepening spirituality.

OBJECTIVES include

• Engaging in self-reflection of lived experiences - where, how, when, why a particular Divine Attribute/Name or Spirit’s movement showed up in life.

• Using silence, dance, music, art, for embodied inquiry and interoceptive self-reflection.

• Listening to the reflective reprocessing of own story and other group members’ stories.

Optional: creating an art and poetry journal to capture your own unique interpretations.

ACTIVITIES include

• Invocation

• Theme of day: Reading of selected Attribute/Name in Lectio Divina

• Dance/Movement & Music: reflection & sharing

• Art & Poetry: journaling & reflection

• Group sharing, close with recitation

*** All dance, movement, art and writing will be spontaneous free-flowing activities.
