Sing a new Song

Both "Sacred Art" and "Sacred Rhythm" workshops helped me to connect my mind to my body and then finally to my heart. My body remembered something it had forgotten during COVID, which was moving without thinking. By reflecting and connecting, my soul felt free and released, open to the sacred. After many months of being disconnected, my soul could sing a new song.

Both drawings are the result of these connections. The wind and the rainbow symbolise the Holy Spirit floating with the Tree of Life which represents our Lord being central to it all, as well as our central connection to Him.
